How, when and where to apply for rental assistance 2022
It is now possible to apply for the rental subsidies for the year 2022. In this article we explain who can apply for it, how to do it and until when there is a deadline.
Application period: from July 1 to August 1, 2022
Telematic presentation or in person by appointment at any registry.
Maximum rental price: 680 €/month. Room contract: 300 €/month
The subsidies are granted for a period of 24 months.
Cohabitation unit: is the group of people who are registered in the same dwelling.
Maximum annual income: 3 times the IPREM, 4 times the IPREM if large family, disability or victims of terrorism, 5 times the IPREM if special large family or disability equal to or greater than 33%.
Minimum income: 0.3 times the IPREM
Help:
Up to 50% of the rent or room rate, for incomes up to 1 times the IPREM
Up to 45% of the rent or room rate, for incomes between 1 and 2.5 times the IPREM
Up to 40% of the rent or room rate, for incomes between 2.5 and 3 times the IPREM (or special situations)
